To feel the full effect of Calmer wear them in places where noises might normally cause you stress. This might be a busy home, a noisy street, a noisy classroom, irritating electrical sounds or around noisy eaters. Wear them for some time and then take them out to really hear what they've been doing.
Calmer don’t block sound and make you feel isolated or make your own voice sound odd in any way.
They work by changing the internal shape of our ears so that sound reflects more accurately. This makes triggering noises much less annoying. 🙂💞
Calmer is a gentle yet very effective solution to managing stressful noise.
Don't worry if you feel like there's not an immediate difference. The benefits of Calmer can sometimes be subtle and build over time.
