To feel the full effect of Calmer wear them in places where noises might normally cause you stress. This might be a busy home, a noisy street, a noisy classroom, irritating electrical sounds or around noisy eaters. Wear them for some time and then take them out to really hear what they've been doing.
Calmer don’t block sound and make you feel isolated or make your own voice sound odd in any way.
They work by changing the internal shape of our ears so that sound reflects more accurately. This makes triggering noises much less annoying. 🙂💞
3. GOOD THINGS CAN TAKE TIME
Calmer is a gentle yet very effective solution to managing stressful noise.
Don't worry if you feel like there's not an immediate difference. The benefits of Calmer can sometimes be subtle and build over time.
We recommend using Calmer for as long as possible within the first 24 hours in environments where noises can cause you to feel stress. This will give you time to adjust to this new way of hearing.
With our 100-day refund policy, you can relax and take it easy spending quality time with Calmer.
Everyone is different and all ears are unique so the effects of Calmer can differ. You may experience a change in body language, a general experience of relaxation, or improved concentration.

We understand how much tinnitus affects people, so we want to be very clear about what Calmer is designed to do.
Calmer was not designed to help with tinnitus.
Calmer’s purpose is to reduce distortion in the ears. In turn, this increases sound quality and lowers stress levels. We have independent research conducted by the Institute of Sound and Vibration Research (ISVR) which verifies that Calmer reduces the peaks in the frequency range which humans find irritating, harsh or sharp.
It came as a huge surprise to us that we started to receive feedback that Calmer was helping some users with their tinnitus.
Tinnitus is different for everyone and we do not suggest buying Calmer for this purpose.
If you feel like Calmer is not meeting your needs we have a 100-day money-back guarantee but we would hope that Calmer’s stress-reducing properties and sound quality improvement would be of benefit.

Yes, Immerse® works with any headphones or speakers, no matter the cost.
This is because the issue lies not with the equipment but with our ears. Their shell-like shape distorts sound by up to 20%, causing our brain to filter this distortion and resulting in a loss of detail between 2kHz and 8kHz.
Immerse removes this distortion by accurately reflecting sound inside our ears, revealing more detail as our brain no longer needs to compensate for these frequencies.

To get the best experience with Definition, follow these easy steps:
Put the tip on the body. Start with the smallest size tip and work your way up to the largest size until you find the best fit for your ears. The tip should fit fully onto the body of Definition.
Insert gently into your ear canal. Place the body of Definition in your ear horizontally, not pointing upwards or sticking out. It should sit flush with your ear, not at an angle. This ensures that Definition works as designed and provides the best sound clarity.
Adjust the position. Once it’s in, gently rotate and adjust to ensure it feels comfortable and secure. It should sit snugly but without discomfort.
Test the fit with music. Play a song or audio to check if you're getting clear sound. If it feels too tight or uncomfortable, try a different ear tip size.
We’ve also included a fitting guide PDF with more detailed steps and tips for achieving the perfect fit.

Immerse Comfort and Fit Tips
Check Your Tip Size
Start with the medium tips unless you know you have small or large ear canals. If the fit feels too tight, switch to smaller tips. If too loose, try larger ones. You might be a different-sized tip in each ear.
Ensure the tip is securely attached to the device to prevent movement during use.
Give It Time
It might take a little while to get used to the feel of Immerse, especially if it’s your first time using in-ear devices.
Getting the correct fit and positioning of Immerse is essential for both comfort and performance.
Attach and Align
Gently tug on the tips after attaching them to ensure they are firmly connected.
Make sure the reflectors (Stereo model) or the sound entry hole (Headphone model) are properly aligned with your ear canal. Refer to the fitting guide for illustrations on correct positioning.
Test the Seal
Immerse Headphone: Cover the sound entry hole with your finger. If the sound is occluded (blocked), you have a good seal. If there’s no occlusion, try a different tip size.
Troubleshooting Sound Differences
If you’re not experiencing the expected improvement, try the following:
Check the Fit: Refer to the "Test the Seal" section and the fitting video orfitting guide PDF to confirm your fit is correct.
Choose the Right Song: Pick a song with lots of detail, such as electronic dance music or rock.
Listen and Compare: Play a song for about 60 seconds with Immerse, then remove them and replay the same section. Without Immerse, you should notice a harshness in sound, especially in frequencies between 2kHz–8kHz.

When you receive your Sleeep earplugs, you will find a pair of Standard size Earfoams which fit onto the stem of the product. Depending on which model you have, a spare set of Large Earfoams will also be included. Start with the Standard size (green) and work your way up to the Large size (red). Use the Earfoams that are most comfortable and fit you the best.

Earfoams can be cleaned by rubbing gently with a slightly damp cloth. Please ensure that the Earfoams are dry before the next use. Please do not soak or rinse Earfoams in water or alcohol.

IMPORTANT: It is important that Earfoams are regularly inspected for serviceability and are maintained in accordance with our instructions. For more information on the longevity of Earfoams please click here.
